A Healthy Start

It's been a week without a phone, and I've already seen so many changes in my daily routine. I read more, do more and have real conversation with real people. I've also gone back to dedicating time to myself and doing what I love...EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING.

I don't do it to lose weight; instead I do it because it makes me smile. I'm currently reading "The Hunger Fix Dr. Pamela Peeke. It's a very go book for anyone with food addiction or just interested in learning more about how your body works. 

I've also retaken up my #BBG workouts by Kayla Itsines. What I love about her routines is that they are solely focused on getting a bikini body. The Bikini Body Guide is a 12-week exercise and training plan that helps you build a lean, healthy looking body. Her circuits consist of resistance training, cardio training and rehabilitation (stretching).

It’s only been a week, I know, but I’m already starting to feel the changes in my eating habits and mood… Someone's going to be happy about the latter one haha.
