Quarter-Life CHALLENGE

This is how I deal with my quarter-life crisis.

Right after my 25th birthday (I know, I'm getting old) I started a raw vegan diet. The "raw vegan diet" consists of eating unprocessed fruits, vegetable, nuts and seeds(a.k.a. bird food) that have not been heated above 115 degrees Fahrenheit . I'm doing this to increase my energy level, help clear my skin, improve digestion and improve my overall health.

This is my second time going Fully Raw. 
My inspiration first came from amazing people like Loni Jane & Kristina from FullyRaw. This time I have decided to start with a 25-day Raw Vegan Challenge to see how my body reacts. For the next 23 days (I'm on my second day)you can expect to see a lot of healthy food snaps on my Instagram & Tumblr. I apologize in advance if you are not into hipster-ish food snaps.
